Instagram is rolling out new features to keep teens safer online

On ABC’s affiliate, KOAT News Morning Segment in New Mexico, our director, Lisa Honold spoke about Instagram’s newest feature they’ve added to encourage those using the app to “take a break.”

While this feature is available now, other safety features will be added in 2022.

The timesaving feature isn’t automatically activated, so those interested in using it will need to access their settings and set it up.
