"The Center for Online Safety provided everything we needed to make this event successful - promotional flyers, images and text to share on social media and email templates to invite our community to the event. Lisa delivered the workshop professionally and increased community awareness on some of the safety issues for youth on social media and gaming. After the workshop our community had a chance to watch the workshop replay and to ask questions on the webpage set up for us, increasing the reach of the program.

Community response to "Online Safety 101" was excellent. Turnout was great and the workshop helped parents understand what their kids were doing online and how they could help them stay safe. The Q&A discussion at the end was interactive and informative. Two days after the workshop, I had a family of a 9 year old tell me they had already implemented parts of the training and felt good about proactively planning for their child's first phone."
